- Statement from the prefect
- Declaration to the Agriculture and registration of livestock Room : obtaining a SIREN number
- Training validated in an institution authorized by the Ministry of Agriculture and obtaining a Knowledge Certification
- Layout local comply with health rules and animal welfare (Ministerial Decree of 3 avril 2014)
- Sale ofanimals aged over 8 weeks and identified
easing / Particular dispositions:
- If A SCOPE ONLY puppies LOF NO (or kittens non LOOF) per year per household : no declaration to the prefect, no knowledge certificate (but registration SIREN)
- If A SCOPE ONLY puppies LOF (or LOOF kittens) per year per household : no declaration to the prefect, no knowledge certificate, no SIREN (but scope of reporting number, issued by the LOF / LOOF)
Information which must appear on the ad sales :
- The SIREN number (or scope number for special cases)
- The age animals
- The number d’identification animals or the mother
- Registration or not a studbook
- The first name animals the scope
The SIREN number is the validation condition of free classified ads on the Internet (agreements concluded by the Ministry of Agriculture with classifieds sites such as Leboncoin, Vivastreet or online-Dogs). And buyers can themselves check the validity of the number SIREN.
A noter : All profits from sales (from the first animal sold) are subject to income tax for non-business benefits and must therefore be declared.
What sanctions if it does not meet these obligations ?
For information, they can go up
- 7500 euros in case of registration SIREN
- 750 euros for non respect of the mandatory information about ads
